SISU Wellness stands by the quality and durability of its cold plunge products. Every SISU Wellness cold plunge tub and chiller comes with a one-year standard warranty to ensure customer satisfaction. 

  

SISU Wellness warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal residential use and conditions. At its sole discretion, SISU Wellness agrees to repair or replace any defect in material or workmanship during the warranty period.

  

This is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction, as well as proof of purchase. SISU Wellness reserves the right to deny a warranty claim if foul play is suspected.

  

This warranty applies to both commercial and residential use of the SISU Portable Tubs and Chillers and extends only to the original purchaser or the original owner if purchased as a gift.

  

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from chemical misuse, improper water chemistry, neglected filter care or replacement, power outages, low water flow, restricted airflow, water leaks from the unit, or any other form of neglect, misuse, or abuse.

  

Additional exclusions may apply, as outlined in the Limited Warranty. It is important to carefully review and understand the terms of the Limited Warranty to fully comprehend the coverage provided.

   

The terms of warranty for components of the SISU System are as follows:

1-Year Standard Warranty on the tub structure.

1-Year Standard Warranty on the chiller structure and internal components.

2-Year Standard Warranty on tub and chiller bundles, which includes the tub structure, chiller structure, and internal components.

  

Warranty Limitations

- The warranty period begins upon delivery of the SISU tub/chiller.
 
- The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, lack of maintenance, or lime scale deposits, including chemical abuse or poor water chemistry.

- SISU Wellness reserves the right to replace defective parts with factory or re-manufactured components. If the repair falls within the warranty parameters, there will be no charge for parts; however, additional service charges may apply.

- If repair or replacement is not feasible, SISU Wellness may choose to reimburse the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product.

- SISU Wellness is not responsible for any damage caused by alterations or modifications made by the consumer.

- The warranty for SISU tubs and chillers does not cover defects, damage, or failure caused by the common carrier, installer, user, or other individuals, pets, or rodents. This includes but is not limited to, the following: careless handling (such as lifting the unit by plumbing, abrading the finish, etc.), negligence; modifications of any kind; improper installation (including installation not by the provided instructions and specifications); connections made by the installer; improper voltage supply or unauthorized electrical modifications; misuse; incorrect operation; lack of proper routine maintenance; operation of the unit without the specified minimum amount of water or at inappropriate water temperatures; use of abrasive or unsuitable cleaners; or acts of God, such as lightning, floods, earthquakes, etc.

- Additionally, SISU Wellness will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses arising from any cause (e.g., water damage to carpets, ceilings, tiles, or marble; loss of use, etc.), including its negligence. This includes damages related to chemicals or misuse in the unit, hard water conditions, optional equipment not manufactured by the company but supplied by the dealer or installer, prior usage of the units as operational or display models, or defects that should have been discovered before installation.

- This warranty does not cover labor, transportation, crane costs, or any other expenses incurred in the removal or reinstallation of the original unit or the installation of a replacement unit. It also does not include costs related to obtaining access for repair or any loss of use damage, including loss of sales, profits, or business under any circumstances. SISU tubs and chillers are excluded from any warranty coverage if any additions, deletions, or modifications of any kind have been made to the unit or any components.

- The warranty does not cover defects or damage due to normal wear and tear, improper installation, alterations made without the manufacturer’s written consent, accidents, misuse, abuse, commercial or industrial use, use of non-approved accessories, failure to follow the user manual, or repairs attempted by anyone other than an authorized representative of the manufacturer.

- SISU Wellness will not provide compensation for delays in resolving warranty claims or loss of use while the claim is in process.

SISU, as a responsible entity, reserves the right to update or modify these terms. Any such changes will be communicated to customers in a timely and transparent manner, ensuring continued clarity and trust in our commitment to quality and service.

 

SISU Wellness emphasizes the importance of proper care and maintenance of its cold plunge products to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Any actions that violate the recommended maintenance protocols established by SISU Wellness will be considered grounds for voiding the warranty, as they will be deemed acts of neglect.

 

Both the SISU tub and chiller can be used outdoors in temperatures as low as 1°C (33.8°F). In conditions approaching freezing, a low heating mode activates to prevent the water from freezing.

 

We recommend providing shelter from direct rain to extend the lifespan of the chiller housing.

 

Exercise caution when operating in heavy rain to maintain a dry plug and socket connection. The GFCI cord will protect the unit from short-circuiting, but ensure that the socket is properly grounded.

 

Do not submerge the unit in water; keep it away from stormwater runoff.
