Returns are accepted for items that meet the following criteria:
1. The item is unused and in original packaging.
2. The items and their packaging are in original re-saleable condition.
3. The return request was filed within 30 days of receiving the item from SISU Wellness.
4. Receipt or proof of purchase is provided.
5. The Purchaser is responsible for the cost of shipping it back to SISU Wellness.
6. Once SISU Wellness receives your returned product we will inspect the product to ensure the condition and will then issue the refund.
To request a refund you must email info@sisuwellnessco.com and request authorization in advance.
SISU Wellness does not accept refunds on "final sale" marked items or any items that are discontinued.
Refunds will processed back to the same method of payment that the original payment was made from at the time of purchase.
SISU Wellness cannot process refunds onto other cards.
Please wait at least 15 days to allow your card provider to process the refund.
If you haven’t received your refund after this time, please contact your card provider first.
If you have received your refund after speaking to your card provider and the 15 days have lapsed, please email info@sisuwellnessco.com for an update.
